Alex Blust is a veteran restaurateur and concept developer with more than two decades of experience launching, scaling and operating high-performance hospitality brands across the country. As a founding partner and former COO of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, he helped build multiple award-winning concepts including Bakersfield, The Eagle, and Pepp & Dolores, opening more than 50 restaurants nationwide. His new platform, Tomorrowland Management & Tomorrowland Real Estate, combines operational expertise, brand development, and real estate strategy to guide hotels, restaurant groups and private partners through expansion, turnaround, and new concept creation.
